Ah I think I did read elsewhere about there possibly being a DKIM issue. Hopefully they will actually sort that out permanently!

A bizarre thing. After I posted a couple of weeks ago to say I’d followed your advice & changed my husbands password back to the old Plusnet account one. Do he was in the weird position that his Greenby inbox password was a new one, but the sent emails would only work with the old Plusnet one.
This worked fine for about 2-3 weeks, but now he can’t send them again! I see there have been widespread problems with BT, Plusnet, EE & Greenby today.
We’re in holiday at the moment so I really don’t think I’m going to be able to resolve this while we’re away. Changing the password on the Apple iPhone Mail settings didn’t make any difference.im beginning to think we’re just going to have to set up a new Gmail account or something for him, they seem pretty reliable.
