Good to know the DMARC is in hand, just keep sending the occasional test message and check the headers / source to find out if there has been any progress.
We also see multiple DKIM=PASS and multiple DKIM signatures especially when sending to GMAIL.
We have had a good week with delivery, including a Reply To All to multiple GMAILs and to one BTINTERNET

I'm still getting DKIM Fail when sending to Outlook and some others.
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.515 Access denied, sending domain
[name of domain] doesn't meet the required authentication
level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't meet the
authentication requirements defined for the sender.
I've repeatedly raised tickets with Greenby, and they keep saying, it'll take 7 days. It's now about a month.

Anyone still having messages rejected because of DKIM failing would be best served by opening a ticket at Greenby and telling them that you are still having messages rejected. You will probably need to tell the AI that initially answers the ticket that this is an issue which needs to be solved by a real human.
I did this a couple of weeks ago and during last week I suddenly noticed that the issue appeared to have been resolved.
I waited a few days, just to verify the situation, and yesterday I contacted Greenby to thank them for what they had done.
It could be said that this is a situation that should not have arisen, but maybe there is a good reason (which we do not know) why DKIM is not automatically enabled.
