Greenby email migration imminent - can it be delayed?

Hi folks,

I've had my migration email from Plusnet at long long last.  I'm presuming I'm near the end of the list because I have a domain registered.

Anyway I have been given a date (from 06/09) and it falls directly in the middle of 5 days where I will be out of the country. Being extremely risk aware and the fact that the whole Greenby migration appears to have been a major cluster.... could this be delayed?  I'm expecting plane booking passes via email only and I'd rather not swim back from Germany...

Transfers are due to start from this week. I've asked that we put yours to the back of the queue.
