Webmail access has been slow all day (slower than normal), although it's been really bad this afternoon - haven't been able to open any emails since midday.
I want to add a custom filter and as far as I can see that can only be done via the pain that is Greenby webmail. Greenby email itself seems reasonably reasonable, so far.
Bot suggests - amongst other things to try - that issue is down to the transfer operation. There is no reported general issue as such though as other users are having same issue it could be a problem on their side. Tried various suggestions, but none worked.
No human agent available at present, so will be contacted, by email(!), later. Might be worth reporting client email software not having problems.
Same here. Incredibly slow. I managed to get in once, eventually. Now I can't access anything. It's timing out, Invalid Request, etc.
Thing is I have a Teams meeting tomorrow (that I've waited months for!), and they'll be sending the link for it to my Greenby webmail. Oh, gawd! HAHAHAHA.
EDIT Now it's working again. Hopefully it'll stay like that. It is flakey, though, isn't it? Oh, deary me.
