In theory yes. They would need to use different selectors and DKIM records for the Greenby keys and keys/selectors would need adding to the Plusnet DNS.
I suspect that the problem is that the Greenby system is setup to generate DKIM keys at the account (subdomain in this case) level and that would mean DKIM key records being added to every subdomain!
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

dmarc=pass occurs if either spf=pass or dkim=pass are present.

Oh dear! This sounds as if it may perhaps be a possible issue that occurred to me a while ago: The nature of Plusnet's email address system, based as it is on a sub domain name containing the username, means there are as many Plusnet email 'domains' as there are email users. (Hope I'm wrong).

header.from has spf=none and smtp.mailfrom spf=pass
So does dmarc only use the latter and why did one pass and the other result in none as assume in this example both are the same email address?
