If your password for My Greenby is not accepted you could ask again for a reset.
But be aware that the username for the My Greenby log in may not be the same as any of your email logins. It may be that you are using the wrong username. For me I found that whereas my email is Name1@Name2.plus.com , my My Greenby login username is Name2@Name2.plus.com
I found this out by chance. I have no explanation as to why this is so, but it works for me.
