Greenby email, cannot log in, cannot login to Plusnet email, cannot receive code

Looks like my email has migrated to Greenby. I cannot log in to Greenby email, possibly because the only passwords I have written down are no longer valid. I cannot receive the six digit code Greenby want to send to my Plusnet email because I cannot log in to Plusnet email, and I cannot receive the code on my mobile, probably because Greenby do not have a record of my mobile number.
The next step is to verify my account by phoning Plusnet so they can send me a six digit code, but I've already tried phoning them twice on 03301239123, and nobody has answered. It just plays Christmas music, and I'm wasting money on these calls using my PAYG phone.
I don't know what to do. I need to access my emails now.

I'm having the same problems. It's been a nightmare since Monday. Lost all my emails at one point. Have been trying various ways. I can now send and receive email on Mac but cannot set email on mobile as it says it doesn't regognise my password. Got an emaill this morning to say migration to Greenby ok and to visit their website to register and now it says it cannot confirm my identity!!!! Iv'e had enough.

Okay, I'll try that, thanks. 03301239123 is actually the number that Greenby tell you to use to contact Plusnet.

With the help of a Plusnet operative I have now managed to reset my password and access my email via Greenby. Thanks for the help.

I spoke too soon. I can't log in to email with Greenby at all now, even though I reset the password earlier on today with the help of a Plusnet operative. I'm going to have to get back on the phone tomorrow and try and sort it all out again. I'm absolutely sick of this now.

I phoned Plusnet for help, and was repeatedly told that they cannot do anything to help at all, and I'd have to use the Greenby bot to try and get this fixed. I made my feelings about Greenby known (in polite terms), all to no avail. You've really let us down, Plusnet. I've been with you for sixteen years now, and this is just abysmal.

I phoned Plusnet again, and this time an operative was able to help me to reset my password again, and I eventually got through to my email on Greenby. Seems like when you need help it's pot luck if you get a Plusnet operative who is willing to provide that help.
Just hope this keeps working. If it doesn't I'll have to resort to Gmail.
UPDATE:- I logged out of Greenby email, and now I can't log back in. It just keeps saying, Login Failed. What is going on here? I can't sit here every day trying to get this to work.

I too couldn't log back into greenby email after logout. For me the solution (as advised by greenby help) was to reset the email password (using the 3 dots by email in the My Greenby page). I can now open from webmail.greenby.com using the new password.

Already done that twice with the assistance of Plusnet operatives. Is there a way of staying logged into Greenby email permanently (unless I clear my browsing history), so I don't have to log in every time and potentially have problems? Quite a few other sites I use work like that (eg Digital Spy forums, Gamefaqs, etc.).

The only way I was able to sign back in was to look through my online history and click on the last time I accessed my email.
I have now changed my email password while logged in to my Greenby email. I don't know if that'll make any difference, but I felt I had to try something.
Question:- I have two mailboxes. Do I have to change the password for both of them, or does one password cover both of them? Getting a bit confused here. 🤔

I was told (by Greenby support) that each mailbox has it's own independent password, and the main account password for greenby.com portal is separate again. But note it seems that...
- When signed on to the portal, you can change the password for each mailbox, and you can View Webmail for any of the mailboxes (without knowing what the mailbox password was previously).
- When using webmail, you can change the password for that mailbox (but only if you know the current mailbox password).
- If signed on to the portal or webmail, and the page is closed, then re-opening it will resume where you were, still signed in. There may be some time it expires!. If you logout, this stops this potential security risk.
This all seems very reasonable - but it is vital that the main account password is not lost by the account holder!

Okay. I managed to log in to one of my mail boxes using the password I set in Greenby yesterday. This might seem like a dumb question, but can I switch from one mailbox to the other from the actual mailbox itself? If so, how?

@Zasps If you are signed in to webmail, then no. Each mailbox is - and always has been - a separate sign in. (Username & password).
If using an email client, then you can create several 'accounts', one for each mailbox.

Right. Like I say, I've managed to sign into one of my two mailboxes, but I can't sign in to the other one. I can't get to the page where both mailboxes are listed, either. I'm getting in a right old muddle.
