Greenby down again?

Issue still prevailing - cannot send PN email. I made no changes to passwords. Keeps saying certificate not secure. Had same issue last August around the same time. Plus Net sorted it and a flurry of test emails were released from my phone. Incoming emails are fine. Tried a restart on my phone but to no avail

How do I get this sorted out please

and what port ?

and what encryption type ?

All ok earlier this week - couldn't send email yesterday late afternoon/early evening

If your email a/c is on Greenby try replacing relay.plus.net with :

relay.force9.net or mail.enmail,co

Something is apparently still wrong with Greenby's servers.

I had just had this in reply to an email I sent to Greenby support yesterday morning (about 36 hours ago) confirming that my emails were now working... 🙄:

This is the mail delivery service responsible for delivering mail to [email protected].

The message you've sent cannot be delivered. Your original message is attached to this message.

For further assistance please contact [email protected]. Please include the details below to help us identify the issue.

I have yet to try the possible solutions....I hope they solve the issue

Exactly the same issue happened a year ago. It took PN about three days to solve the issue. The problem followed a service interruption affecting emails for about a day or so.
