Greenby dashboard

I seem to be fully migrated to Greenby, so I wonder if this is still the forum for me?
Notwithstanding, as I occasionally do, I go to login to my Greenby account dashboard, using a Chrome browser, I am greeted by the following:
"This server could not prove that it is greenby.com; its security certificate expired in the last day. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Saturday, 8 August 2026. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page."

Re: Greenby dashboard

Yes, Greenby seem to have a hiccup with their certificate renewal process. The mail servers certs expired recently before they were renewed. Looks like the main portal cert has gone the same way!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Depends what you want to be grousing about! 😁

Not a whole lot of point, IMO, complaining on here about how allegedly "Dreadful!" Greenby are. Then again, any tips and useful suggestions wouldn't go amiss.

But, assuming you are still with Plusnet for Broadband, why ever not? I understand some who post here are no longer even Plusnet customers.

Meanwhile, Greenby portal seems to be operational again.

Re: Greenby dashboard

I have been with Plusnet for 20 years, trouble free and excellent service, yet I am moving to another broadband server when my contract ends in October. The sole reason is because of Greenby.com email service. Since Greenby.com took over in January this year, I have had nothing but problem after problem with them, twice they took over my computer to try to correct problems, yet problems still they persist. They even told me to go onto their website and fix my own spam problems, thats how good they are. I now get LOTS of spam every day, yet when Plusnet ran emails I had about 3 spam in 20 years. My bank along with Plusnet emails end up in spam ?. I am so fed up with them I'm leaving Plusnet. Plusnet powers that be got rid of their email service to reduce costs, yet I believe any money they save will be lost because of members moving to other broadband suppliers, like myself. BAD MOVE PLUSNET.

@bodgerbeever Actually, it is 'BAD MOVE BT Consumer', because PN is now the 'cheap' brand of that divisions offerings, they have zero autonomy.

After clearing Chrome's cache, the page was served OK.

Re: Greenby dashboard

Thank you for your reply, but using a Mac I don't use Chrome, I use Safari. Cheers.

@bodgerbeever

To clear your Safari cache on a Mac without deleting your browsing history, enable the Develop menu in Safari Settings, click Develop in the top menu bar, and select Empty Caches (or press Option + Command + E). Alternatively, remove all website data via Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data.

Empty Caches via the Develop Menu
  • Open Safari on your Mac.
  • Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Settings.
  • Go to the Advanced tab.
  • Check the box for Show features for web developers.
  • Close the settings window.
  • Click Develop in the top menu bar.
  • Select Empty Caches (or use the shortcut Option-Command-E).

@bodgerbeever

Have you chosen your next ISP, or are you still researching to find where the grass is greener ? (not greenby)

Are you able to get full fibre with your new provider ?
