Greenby and Migrating to BT fibre

My mother's email (I manage much of this stuff for her) has been migrated to Greenby, but now she has BT fairly aggressively "encouraging" her to sign up for BT broadband, which we were expecting, but not yet. What happens with Greenby if we do leave Plusnet and go to straight BT? Does she still get n years free service, or do we have to start paying for it? And if so what notification do we get?

@jimchjones so now her email facility is completely separate from Plusnet, Greenby will have no knowledge of whether she remains a Plusnet customer or not. The two years free was applied at the point of migration and will remain applicable
