@Sam8 just to say I don't know if you're just using the default plusnet user email OR if you've your own domain but looking at the headers of the email at gmail it reminded me if you've a domain, set up the spf etc correctly to avoid being marked as "spam".
I hope those spf settings don't suddenly change as that would cause a headache for anyone with domains trying to send..

It's getting worse and worse. Plusnet were obviously sold a dummy as Greenby simply does not work.
I help run a sports club and have been doing so for over 20 years now. I send out daily/weekly round-robin GROUP EMAILS to 10 recipients at the club and with fixtures and events running daily/weekly it is imperative that everyone is informed and up to date. I emailed out a 10-person group email a few days ago; of which six emails failed accusing me of sending unsolicited spam! For years and years at Plusnet it always went smoothly, but now at Greenby emails don’t go. I have had this problem since migrating 15 December 2025. WHAT DO WE DO – FOLD OUR CLUB, as of the 10 recipients 6 were rejected? Greenby’s support tickets keep telling me: “Try again” – “Try again” – “Try again” – “Try again”. How many times am I expected to try again..?

It's pretty simple IMO.
If reliable email is important to you, and you value your time doing other things instead of sorting out the missing emails etc, then switch to a reliable email provider:

Plusnet, please look into this as Greenby is NOT working…
Plusnet/BT Group have handed email over to Greenby/Enix; the problem is for them to resolve, not Plusnet.
But Greenby seem incapable to doing so in a timely manner befitting of a service provider.
And their support is awful.
You are going to be paying Greenby soon enough for email, so IMO it's not such a big deal to pay a little more now and switch to a provider who has a clue.

That gmail message looks horribly familiar. I hope they get it resolved soon because, as I've noted on another thread and I can also see from your list, there are an awful lot of people using gmail and if we can't reach them then we (and Greenby) are stuffed.
On the other hand, I haven't had any trouble with yahoo but then my contacts are all on yahoo.co.uk not yahoo.com.

But despite all that impressive sounding guff, Google allows GoogleGroups to be set up specifically to send out thousands of spam emails - go figure!!😡
