Greenby - Unable to Get a Human Agent on Chat

Hi folks.
I made a payment for my Metronet annual fee to Greenby on the 15th Sept. Despite there being an error when I made the payment on the Greenby website, my bank has confirmed that the payment was made and the money left my account.
I have raised 3 tickets, all answered by a bot which then teels me I am being transferred to an agent, which never happens. The bot then closes the damn ticket as "answered"!
Today is my last day before payment is due (payment has obviously been made). So I don't know what to do know, as I supplied all relevant information in tickets #320 & #332, and I raised a further one today (#420) to try an get someone on this.
I know there are a few folks here who might be able to assist.

Can you please add this one to the list.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks folks for the assistance. However, since I cannot log on at Greenby now and I'm getting this message, I have no option other than to pay it again now, and hope that I get a refund on the first one.

FYI - the payment went through cleanly this time and I have access to Greenby again.
Please let me know how you get on with the first payment issue. To be fair, £15 isn't a lot of money (for me), but getting the runaround with a bot kind of hacks me off. 🙂
