Spam filtering turned itself on, after many many years off happily being off.
Regardless of the spam filtering setting, emails keep getting flagged as spam and redirected to the junk folder in webmail.
I use multiple inboxes, with each one receiving emails forwarded from my own domain.
Every day I am having to login to webmail for each and every one of these inboxes, manually select all the emails that have been erroneously flagged as junk, and mark then as not spam, so they can be accessed via pop or IMAP - spam filtering shouldn't event be on.
Frankly the whole Greenby thing is a farce, and simply just not good enough. Shame on you, Plusnet.

You can now add to that list:
- missing emails
- duplicate emails (mainly from 2-3 weeks ago)
Nobody comes out of this fiasco well:
- there is no way I will be renewing with Plusnet when the time comes (after 10+ years)
- and if Greenby think that users will actually pay for this level of "service" - words fail me.
Sorry Plusnet, but this time you've screwed up...

Does your email forwarder implement SRS (Sender rewrite system) ?
If not , then the received email will fail SPF checks and that could be why many are being marked as spam. Even worse, if the sender defines their SPF record as reject on failure, then they will be dropped.

Do you use POP3 with 'leave messages on server...' in your email client configuration.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

My earlier post shows I only registered yesterday. I've actually been with Plusnet for over 20 years but they screwed up my login so I had to re-register. They're definitely heading for the recycling bin as soon as I can find a decent email client.
