Greenby Migration Questions

I have one PlusNet account with three e-mail addresses. Will Greenby eventually charge me three lots of £15 or just the one?

One of my e-mail addresses had two custom folders at the Plusnet webmail level. They've disappeared. I tried to report them through Greenby's web chat. The AI decided I needed to speak to an agent, who would be with me shortly. An hour later Greenby closed the web chat while I was still waiting to be connected to an agent. Are the folders gone forever? I used them to store useful things that I needed to be able to access away from home.

I'm not sure whether I've been fully migrated or not. I've had a migration complete e-mail (but only for one of my e-mail addresses) but my credentials are rejected by the greenby portal. However I can log in to Greenby webmail, where my two custom folders are also missing.

Re: Greenby Migration Questions

My understanding is:  the migration is for an account - an account under Plusnet (and Greenby) can have several mailboxes, and there may be many email addresses using few mailboxes. The Greenby charge will be per account.

Re folders: in Greenby webmail try going into Settings, then Folders. Do you see the missing folders listed? If so, are they all selected? That may make them appear when you go back to Mail.

The Greenby portal requires the Plusnet account username and the old Plusnet account password.

Note that each Greenby mailbox for webmail has its own password, migrated from Plusnet
