Greenby Migration - Apple Mail / iPhone

Has anyone got a link to how to get the email to work on Apple iPhone and Apple Mail on mac. I thought I would just start a new topic just concerning Apple Mail and the disaster that was the migration yesterday.

I am an old freenetname/madasafish customer - at present I can log into Roundcube and see new emails, the sent ones have never re-populated.

I looked up advice re getting emails to work on iPhone and Apple Mail and it was suggesting deleting the entire account and starting again....? Anyone out there successfully fixed their settings in Apple to get this working again with out deleting the account? I cannot find on Greenby the area for any server settings, am I missing this somewhere in that site, the site I am looking at is pretty basic with no sign of any new server adjustments for migrated customers - just keeps asking me for £15!

Before changing email settings, check the mail box exists in the Greenby Portal  www.greenby.com

Failing that the real Greenby email server is :  mail.enmail.co   ( yes ends .CO )

it supports POP3 / IMAP / SMTP with SSL/TLS and STARTTLS.

Re: Greenby Migration - Apple Mail / iPhone

Rather than deleting any account, my first step would be to add it again.

I've got the Plusnet (Greenby) mail working on an iPhone.

It's set up as an IMAP account.

also for non-Plusnet domains
