OK - I give up.
Where do I find the settings for the spam filter so I can turn it off. I'm happy for my mail program (Pegasus) to do the work.
Brian

When you find out, let me know because most of my emails are now going into junk.

Login to Greenby
Click on "manage" the email product on the home page.
You should then see a page showing your mailboxes with tabs/options for "mailboxes" "forwarders" "filters" "settings" "calendars and "address books"
Click on "settings" and the "anti spam" option is in there along with similar controls to enable/disable catch-all and the email A/C completely. Just turn it off ... although I have seen some reports from other customers which kinda suggests that it doesn't prevent all anti-spam filtering.
That's probably true just as it was with Ye Olde PN systems and most other email systems I've ever used. There are basic checks done on messages whilst actually being received (as opposed to after being received) and therefore some issues can and do result in a refusal to accept the message regardless of any user-controlled "anti spam" settings there may be. It definitely ought to stop anything being sent to the "junk" folder though so (almost) everything will end up in the "inbox" ![]()
PS: You can also get to the same place by clicking on the "menu" icon at the top/left of any page then selecting "email" and clicking on the relevant email domain.
Hope that helps. I have it turned off on all my A/Cs just as I did when they were handled by PN.
... but quite often appears to feature more clowns

Thanks for your help. I got there eventually.
Just need to wait and see if the Spam filter is turned off.

Thank you for this - I'll try it!
I did read before that folk had issues with most emails going into SPAM but I thought I was immune! Huh! NOT! I've just ventured in there to find over 300 emails in spam from 3 email accounts 😭
OK so I didn't miss some of the emails, BUT I would have preferred to have the choice to not receive them?!
I still have 3 other email accounts to check..... Goodness, what have you done to us PlusNet?
