Re: Greenby Email

 @kenm

Greenby mail looks OK to me! (Just checked)

I don't have a bottom taskbar in my Greenby webmail account, it's on the left hand side. True, my Windows PC has it's taskbar set there too, but I wouldn't have thought that would affect the Greenby Roundcube UI.

Are you sure you don't mean a client email program on your device? That wouldn't be anything to do with Greenby.

If the latter, what client email are you using? - someone here may be able to help you with it. Unfortunately I just use webmail.

It would be the windows task bar along bottom strange how its gone Greenby green

Its the missing attachment box thats my problem

I have greenby set up exactly as the old plusnet page, I also went into the old plusnet page and the

attatchment box was missing there also

Re: Greenby Email

I don't know why the Windows task bar should have gone green. Sounds to me like an issue with your PC.

I'm not sure what you mean by "attachment box". Attach appears as one of the options in the Greenby top menu bar when you are composing an email:

'Save' 'Attach' 'Signature' 'Responses' 'Spell'

If an incoming mail has an attachment then the email itself has two options:

'Open' 'Download'

I have never seen any "attachment box", in the Greenby or original Plusnet email. Or do you mean the 'Open' window, showing the file system on your local PC, if you click 'Attach' when composing an email? I've just tried in the Greenby webmail and it all appears to be working as normal with me.

That's weird! Looks nothing like my Greenby webmail UI. 😃

It looks like the older version of Roundcube as used by Plusnet... Very tricky on a mobile.

Perhaps, after all, there really are two Greenby's? 🤔

P.S. Yes, now I remember the "attachment box" from the old PN webmail.

Re: Greenby Email

...Well, not on that UI, no!

Works quite well on a phone for me on the newer Greenby Roundcube UI.

Re: Greenby Email

Thanks for replies

Suddenly its working as per norm after a full restart dont know why i havent changed anything.

Damm Update from Windows its messed up all Taskbar settings etc

Well at least I know now

On Greenbys settings page their are about 3 different styles I went for the one I always had with Plusnet

Some of problem was Greenby as the SUPPORT icon has returned on home page, they denied it was gone

said it was my fault ????
