I’m using the same log in name that I’ve used for 20+ years.

Also  tried https://webmail.greenby.com/?_task=login

Im unable to log in ……it says login failed.  I also tried the basic log in to webmail.  No luck there either.  That’s says 

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: LOGOUT

Im unable to receive or send any mail as I cant log in anywhere. Please sort.  I’m an OAP and need contact with the outside world!

Greenby confirm my Globalnet account has not migrated so I can forget trying them or their webmail.  

I suspect my Globalnet email address has been deleted by someone as initially I had lost all access through Outlook and now webmail too.  Has my Globalnet email been deleted?  If so why and how can I get it back.

Your account is in a fine condition and should work absolutely fine.

webmail.plus.net is the address to use, the full email address ([email protected]) in the top box and password in the bottom one. Select Plusnet in the drop down.

This may not be your Plusnet password (as it's a separate account).

If you want to change the password, you can do this at www.madasafish.com .

I’ve changed the password as suggested and tried on the link.  It still says log in failed.

I've reset this for you from our side. If it's still failing, I'm going to need to change your password and test here. I've created a ticket on the account for you to agree for me to do this.

Hoorah, I’m in!  Webmail is working.  Only 74 emails to read.  I’ll leave IMAP POP3 for now as I’m more than hoppy with webmail.
