Globalnet Spam Filters?

For the last week or so it looks like aggressive spam filters are being applied to my Globalnet account incoming messages. I don't ever filter messages until they get to me and I can check them myself and I normally get 20-50 messages a day, a mix of genuine and spam. Suddenly I'm getting only 1 or 2 messages/day and there are definitely real messages missing. Several helpdesk messages from another company were never delivered last week and that's never been the case before.
There has never been any option since Plusnet took over Globalnet for setting up spam filters and that still isn't possible via webmail. It seems that my email hasn't been migrated to Greenby yet, so this must be something that Globalnet have recently changed.
Does anyone know if Plusnet are now filtering Globalnet emails and if there's a way for me to stop this and stop losing incoming messages?

I disabled the diversion of spam messages from the inbox in both the Plusnet Members Centre and in the Greenby.com portal.
Note server side SPAM filtering is not configured via Plusnet webmail or via Greenby webmail.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately there's no option for any email settings in the Plusnet Members centre for me and it seems Globalnet email hasn't been transferred to Greenby. There's never been any way to add spam filters in Plusnet's Globalnet webmail (which is very basic), so I can't find out if the messages are actually being filtered, or any way to stop it if they are.
I also don't see any options for Plusnet email in the Member Centre. That might have been transferred to Greenby, but I don't think I've ever had a notification about it and I'm not sure what the login details were anyway as I don't use it. Is there somewhere that has these settings where you change diversion of spam messages that I haven't found?

For SPAM settings :
https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail/ ( this is part of the Plusnet Members Centre )
Logn to the Greenby.com with the same credentials as for the Plusnet Members Centre.
https://greenby.com/ >>> Email >>> Email Domains >>> Settings >>> Anti Spam

In your original post you say "there are definitely real messages missing". Are you saying that they are not in a Spam folder when you log in to webmail?

Yes, the spam folder in the Plusnet Globalnet webmail is empty. It's always been that way because there was never any option to have spam filters. I use mailwasher so I can deal with any spam there, but at the moment there is almost no spam, very few newsletters, no auto replies to tickets.... It really looks like something is filtering out a lot of messages, but I can't see where.

Thanks for this link. I don't seem to have any link to these settings from the Member centre for some reason. I just discovered an email address I didn't even know existed! Unfortunately this doesn't include Globalnet mail though. That has it's own webmail from Plusnet which doesn't have options for spam settings.
