Why do we get intermittent, but quite frequent, runs of 'please sign in' requests popping up, both on desktop and phone? These do resolve themselves but attempts to sign-in when these requests pop up invariably fail. This almost never happened with Plusnet but is becoming a nuisance since Greenby migration.
Apologies if there's already an answer somewhere - I've searched but not found exactly this issue.
