Freenetname / madasafish password reset

Hi,

I had a freenetname / madasafish account.  It's been some time since I've accessed it and I'm trying to get back into the e-mail account.  

I've tried the password reset function here: https://secure.madasafish.com/forgotpassword/, and it completes, but is presumably sending an e-mail to the account I can't access.

Is there anyone who can help reset the password?  I can't find anything for this on the main PlusNet site.
