Freenetname help needed please

One of my Freenetname email addresses stopped sending and receiving a few days ago. How can I get this sorted please? My other email accounts are working.

TIA

@keithbr can you please post the results from using the email diagnostics here https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Diagnosing-email-server-connectivity-issues-the-guide/m-p/200795...

Re: Freenetname help needed please

From what I can see, the curl diagnosis shows that both POP and SMTP are working. However, no emails incoming or outgoing emails are actually getting through. Any more advice/help gratefully received. TIA

Re: Freenetname help needed please

In that case, double check that you are using the same username, password and server names in your email client, as the ones in the curl diagnostics

Re: Freenetname help needed please

Done all that, even tried changing the password. Still the same.

However, I've tried to email the account from another address, and had a bounce back with the error message "mailbox is full". But there's only a few hundred emails in the inbox, no folders, and only a handful of attachments, so I can't see why the mailbox is classed as full, but I assume that's why it's not receiving/sending emails.

Any further help would be great, thanks.

Re: Freenetname help needed please

I'm not sure exactly what the storage limit is for Freenetname but  it could be as low as 250MB. Make sure the trash is empty as that will take space, and if you use IMAP then the sent items will also take space

Re: Freenetname help needed please

It's my son's account so I've just relayed this to him and he's deleted some attachments and he's reported that he's receiving emails again, so that appears to be it sorted now. Fingers crossed. Many thanks for your help in this matter. I am extremely grateful.
