Re: Freenetname email - Incorrect password entered

I have sent an email from my Freenet name account on Windows PC, which has the email address in this [email protected], to another of my email accounts and it was received.

I have noted that since the migration I have only received emails [email protected] and pre-migration one to [email protected]. Do I need to set up something else to receive these?

Re: Freenetname email - Incorrect password entered

This migration is not going well.

Webmail not updating

Emails not getting through

iPhone app not functioning properly, tried to create a "New" account, but going round in circles.

No easy way to address this.

Has anyone got full success sending and receiving emails both on Mail on iPhone and Webmail?

Re: Freenetname email - Incorrect password entered

The way I read it it would seem that I do not have to pay for Email or Domain Registration for about 2 years? I think I have seen elsewhere that payment is due in a week or two. Anyone able to confirm which is correct?

Re: Freenetname email - Incorrect password entered

This seems to be a nightmare., I have had no emails for 3 days., Tried contacting Greenby., no answers.

Can log into webmail. But new emails are not getting through to it.

Cannot log in via Outlook on PC or on my phone.,

Anyone any further ?

No I am actually going backwards with this, I could see my newer emails now they have disappeared and it is back just to Wednesday where it stops abruptly. I cannot configure the server everything i try does not work. I'm completely without email since wWednesday now.

Re: Freenetname email - Incorrect password entered

When I log in to Thunderbird I get a 'log in to server failed' box twice. I delete them both and all my outstanding emails appear. Then I get another two fail boxes and it all stops again.

HOWEVER

I have now found that my original Plusnet Webmail log in works - and all my emails are there as well.

I am most definitely confused and hope I will get back to being able to use Thunderbird only by Christmas as it is my preferred email client.
