I know I have entered the correct password.. but it won’t accept it on my iPhone . I am not very good with these things & am out of my depth as soon as something goes wrong ..so can anybody help me please 😊
I'd recommend having a look at How to set up Plusnet email - what settings to use to make sure you have the correct settings in your phone. The password may not recognise if you have any other server name set up.
Please check to make sure that you have entered your password in the incoming mail server setting in your account. Go to Settings>Passwords & Accounts>Your e-mail account>Account>Incoming Mail Server Setting. Make sure that the password is correctly entered in that setting. You can also check your password is correct by logging into Madasafish Webmail
I think that webmail.madasafish.com is defunct** and that instead https://webmail.plus.net should be used with the appropriate server selected. However I do not know which of the four options should be used for MAAF.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
