Freenetname / Madasafish email password reset

Hello,

I am having the same issue again when I go to change my password on MAAF page. It appears to work and I can sign into my details on the old Madasafish page but when I go to webmail I am no longer able to get into my emails.

Have had this old email for years and it has served me well [email protected] 

I had the same issue last year and eventually had to phone Plusnet and they reset something however hoping I do not need to do this and somebody has an idea what could be going wrong. Plusnet do not recognise the password change however must know it has been changed as it wont take my old password either. 

I only access my emails via Webmail for information sake so no settings involved.

Any help or contact number would be appreciated - thanks

Hi - thanks. Unfortunately I tried that but with no success.
I managed to call Plusnet and they have been great and sorted it out. Even for them it wasn’t straight forward.
