Mybe a shortterm fix BUT!
Try this:
Login to via plusnet webmail: https://webmail.plus.net using your primary login [email protected]
Go to settings identies and check if you have a second identity [email protected] (I Did)
Logout of webmail and log back in using [email protected] with the same password!
My second identity which I was unaware of seems to be the current catchall address.

I'm sure still only tempory BUT!
I can go a stage further and say in an email client using the following:
username: [email protected]
password: primary account password
incoming mail server: IMAP mail.freenetname.co.uk port :143
Outgoing mail server: relay.plus.net - port: 25
encryption none
Not Ideal but it works!

Seems to work for me, not getting anything new from my domain <mydomain.co.uk> under either the Plusnet or Greenby sites.
With my Freenetname account <myname>@freenetname.co.uk I can log in, no 2nd identities, but tried with this account <myname>@<mydomain.co.uk> using the same account password and theres the missing emails.
Cheers

@Sylphlord I think settings are still being tweaked on the accounts at the moment, I've just logged on to greenby portal but the link to webmail from the greeby portal said the credentials were wrong, but now it's working!
I tried a test to mydomain and that seems to be working ok at the moment.
I have taken a backup of all my emails via outlook just for good measure!

If POP3 or IMAP are also operable via mail.plus.net it supports SSL/TLS encryption.
SMTP relay.plus.net support both SSL/TLS and STARTTLS encryptions.
