Is it just plusnet, but every email I receive from plusnet comes duplicated so instead of just the one email I get 2 copies it started when I signed up in July every plusnet email was duplicated. Is it just a glitch or what?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
If you check the "To" addresses of duplicated messages you will probably find they are different. One will be to postmaster@<accountname>.plus.com (which is a contractual address) and one to your communications email address entered under View My Details in the Member Centre.
Assuming this is the case you can eliminate the duplicates by clicking the Update Details button and setting your communications address to the postmaster address mentioned above.

I have the same problem, but in all cases the two 'To' addresses are the same!
I have had my computer (originally built by Research Machines) updated by Castle Computing.
The computer has changed from Windows XP (professional) using Microsoft Outlook 2000
- to Windows 10 (Home) using Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Please help me.
