I had a problem starting yesterday which has resulted in virtually all emails I try to send from my domain emral.co.uk being rejected because of spam or virus, with a message from the system administrator. The problem seems identical to that reported here by Badinage in 2019. I suspect my domain name has been reported as a spam source and affected its reputation on plusnet. I normally place the domain name in the email signature. I have run a virus scan on my laptop. Please can someone check or let me know what I need to do to sort it out. Thanks.
I may have sorted it now. Had to rename the special folder and then mark an incoming message as not spam. After that, I can send test messages with the domain name as sender and in the content, from both webmail and Outlook. Wait and see if it is fully sorted. Either that or some kind admin operator fixed it at the same time!
