Email when moving from FTTC to FTTP

I now have FTTP available to me and wondered if I was to move from FTTC to FTTP would I continue to have access to the @User.plus.net email service I currently have?

I ask because I have seen many statements about plusnet no longer offering email.

Thanks

Re: Email when moving from FTTC to FTTP

Fix

On the basis that your user account did not change on this move, everything else remains the same, email, static IP and website if you have them already.

If something went wrong during the move and the business needed to create a new account, then you need to ask the business to resurrect the old user account as email only and ask that it be associated with the new broadband account to ensure that it is migrated under the 'existing broadband user' cohort.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Good to know, and also good to see that all of us with plusnet email addresses aren’t being left in the lurch with the migration to Greenby.

The whole migration programme is very much aimed at ensuring there are no lurches!

Re: Email when moving from FTTC to FTTP

Are there any expected timescales that can be shared for the migration for plusnet domain users?

Sometime this year.
