Where is it you're having difficulties? It should just be a case of using the incoming server (mail.plus.net) with your username and password to get mail. Sending could be a bit more problematic, probably best to find details of your mobile provider's outgoing server and use that. Usually it's just a case of putting those details in and away you go?
