Email server - storage size?

I set my POP3 email client a few months ago to NOT delete emails on the server (since I am in the process of reinstalling Windows and don't want to loose emails are not backed up).  I now want to check whether my server-side email usage is at a safe size and not approaching any server limit but can't see how to view the total storage used.  I can see my webspace usage is still low - is the email server usage included in this webspace size?

Cheers

Dave

Re: Email server - storage size?

Fix

You can check folder size by logging into webmail. Then

Click the cog bottom left ans select Manage folders
Then click a folder name to highlight it.
Select the Information tab and you should see "Click to get folder size"

I'll leave you to guess what to do next. Wink

Clicking Mail at the top will take you back to the email list if required.

You should get an email when you exceed 75% utilisation of the FUP.

Re: Email server - storage size?

Thanks to both of you for the guidance. I had a feeling I had come across folder size in the dim and distant past but obviously I gave up too early the other day!
