Email - no access
Hi
I've recently joined Plusnet but can't access my email by webmail or pop3 at all.
I get the error: 'Connection dropped by IMAP server'.
I've seen others with this problem posting here, any chance of a quick fix ?

Welcome to Plusnet and the Forums
Once you've created your mailbox you then need to send an email to it to create the space. I've done this for you and you'll see it's working now. This only happens for the first mailbox, not any subsequent ones so you won't need to do this again!
