Hi all, looking for some advice
Have been using my plusnet email address for years with no problem, in the last couple of days I cannot sign in (from my phone) through the samsung email app
If I goto webmail I can log in and see my emails etc
I have checked the settings as stated by Plusnet (BTW they haven't changed)
Is anyone else having the same problem?
As the emails are in the middle of changing servers is it likely this is the issue?

@ScottyKernow As you can sign into webmail, but not on your phone, I would suspect the phone, personally.
The move to Greenby has nothing to do with it.

Have tried logging in from my tablet with same problem, also if I try a different email client
The webmail login only uses username/password so I know these are correct
As its been working so long I still feel its a change in the login settings...

I can't see it being a change in the login settings, otherwise we would be seeing more reports. What actually happens when you try to log in?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The diagnostics might be difficult to use (if not impossible) on tablets / phone.
What would help is to know which email brand, the configuration (POP3 / IMAP), logon credentials method (account or email address) and finally being on or off the Plusnet network.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

OK
All now seems to be working
having had a bit of spare time, i thought i would try a few things including logging in from my PC
I found it was down to the password (which i have been using for years)
if i use my OLD password it works
Don't understand it, nothing has changed for ages!
