You're lucky to have received an email Dabbler. I opened an email half an hour ago, and when I'd read a couple of links and come back to it my inbox was empty. And of course I don't have any emails to check the Greenby login details. I found them though - and it's empty over there. Grrrr....
Like others - no warning except the generic stuff a month or so ago.
I also found the webmail. Roundcube - isn't that what Plusnet gave up on because of performance issues?

I seem to have new emails coming in now though - hopefully the history will turn up in due course.

Everything seems to have arrived safely. Nothing here this morning, but looks to have been sorted late morning. Took a while to find the folders, but they're all there as well.
The entire process has been appallingly handled though.

So, a couple of days ago the email server's IP address disappeared from the DNS server, this morning 40 MB of duplicate emails were downloaded by my email reader, and now I can't get log in via app or web. This isn't going well folks.

I can't find the new message I wrote this morning so ...... I have today been notified by Greenby that my migration is complete. Once I get in! And that's the problem. Getting into my emails is now so slow as to be almost not working.
So this is progress, Greenby-style?
Further they are going to want £15 pa fo continue after 2 free years. If the service is going to be like it currently is, it may well be me migrating to another supplier.

There is a lot of traffic on the Greenby site at the moment due to the current porting activity. This should improve once this is complete.

Oh this is delicious! I've got a 'welcome' message on my alternate email but nothing has come through on my Plusnet email. Give it time ...

ive been migrated over to greenby but some bits of it are painfully slow and it didnt transfrer over my contacts list..hope it improves when they finish migrating people
