Hi @plusnettony
so now force9 mail not accessible (again!). And my login to Greenby webmail is rejected.
How long before this is all sorted please?

Greenby is awful, sorry theres just no better description. I've tickets open for months that haven't been answered.
@plusnettony can you please help. Talking to the AI help goes round in circles.

I assume migration has started again on another brand?
After a few days of blissful peace and quiet, some (not all) outgoing emails from my xxxx.xxxx..plus.com account taking an hour to arrive today
Incoming still seem OK.

Yes, but migration does not impact outgoing, just the IMAP servers and the email file store. The *.plus.com cohort has been started; 500 users scheduled for today.
An IMAP client ought not to have no problem sending emails, but that being saved to the sent items folder or potentially being delivered to a Plusnet mailbox could be impacted, as per the announcement on the mail board.
...after some delay in starting to write this ...
I sent and email to myself at 12:57 and by 14:27 it has not appeared in my email client ... at which point I sent a similar email to an external email address which arrived in seconds. FWI both sent items appear in the sent items IMAP folder.
It could be my "test" message was treated as SPAM and was vapourised, for IMAP mail appears to be uncharacteristically fleet of foot today!
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I only ask because i was tidying up my address book today
would not except new contacts
deleted ones kept coming back
Should i leave things for the time being

Interesting to hear that the *.plus.com addresses are now starting to move over. That's good news, because I've been holding off until everything is done to finally upgrade my connection.
Given I've not had any email to say this is happening, I would assume I'm not getting migrated just yet as I have hosting + domain name as well as email. Although the only information I've ever had about the move to Greenby has been via these forums rather than direct from Plusnet, so maybe I am? 😉
