It seems to be down again. Noting being received and webmail not accessible

Mine did work briefly around 9:15am but has since stopped. Same error as before using Webmail via Browser and Mail Client.

I am using a not yet migrated @ic24.net address.

I’ve had an issue for about 2-3 days where I can send an email when I’m on WiFi but not when on 4 of 5 g. I’ve not migrated yet.
Im getting emails in though.

That is an entirely unrelated issue ... covered elsewhere on multiple occasions.  Your SMTP configuration MUST have user name and password configured.  At the moment, being migrated makes no difference to sending (unless you have closed your Plusnet account).

This thread is about getting emails IN (not out) ... which you declare to not be an issue for you.
