That is an entirely unrelated issue ... covered elsewhere on multiple occasions. Your SMTP configuration MUST have user name and password configured. At the moment, being migrated makes no difference to sending (unless you have closed your Plusnet account).
This thread is about getting emails IN (not out) ... which you declare to not be an issue for you.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
