It is still lumpy - either the sticky plaster has come off, or the roll out of the fix across the estate is taking time.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I spoke too soon.
Its all off again.
cant even get into webmail now
First error message couldn't connect to the server.
second response when i tried ...error message no data was saved?![]()

Both of those errors are connected to authentication failure.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

We are getting the following error message at the moment:
Task ‘****@*********.co.uk - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

All fine here this morning. Emails from yesterday evening picked up and webmail letting me log in (mostly to report junk emails for the past few days, unfortunately!). Thanks

@nclark777 those were the self same error messages I was getting last night on webmail, when I tried accessing it after my Mail program on the computer and phone couldn't pick up any Plusnet emails.
All working fine for me now, so hope it will be for you too.

was OK for a few minutes but failed again, cannot get in to webmail aswell.
