Email account when leaving Plusnet

I've decided to leave Plusnet for another broadband provider and have received an email from Plusnet saying I will lose... 

"Your Plusnet Webmail account" 

As my email account has migrated to Geenby will I lose my email account if it ends plus.com

Or will the email account continue as it's now with Greenby?

If you are migrated, your mail access, via Greenby, will be unaffected.

If it has already been moved then you will keep your plus.com emails in your new Greenby account. However, when your Plusnet account is closed it might change how you need to access your account. If using the Greenby webmail everything should be OK. But, if using client email software, you would need to change the sending SMTP host from relay.plus.net to mail.enmail.co

@pvmb Thankyou for the response, sorry I don't know what 'client email software" is, I don't I have it I use Thunderbird.

Thunderbird is one example of client email software, operating on your PC.

Nothing needs to be changed to continue receive emails?
