Inbound is not affected.
Outbound is not going to work due to draconian measures imposed by Microsoft.
This has nothing to do with the plan / activity / status of the migration to Greenby. That activity will neither resolve or complicate the issue created by Microsoft.
The stem of the issue is that Microsoft deem @*.plus.com to be a single emailing entity and thereby has applied bulk sender rules to the whole of the Plusnet cohort.
The same issue applies to all email brands where individuals’ email addresses are a subdomain of the brand domain, for example *.free-online.co.uk
