Hi,

My wifes e-mail was archived on 17/02/2022.  Could you please restore them so that she can then go through them properly and delete all her junk mail.

Suggest you edit your post your email address is now visible to everyone. You only have minutes to delete the private info.

To send a Private Message you click on the avatar  for @adamwalker , a page will open and the private message option is on the right hand side.

Hi,

Would it be possible to check the status of ticket INFOPS-72982 please.  This is to un-archive my wifes e-mail so that she can sort it properly herself.  Shes telling me this hasn't happed yet.

Hey @CrossLot, thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry for the length of time this as taken. There was an error on the initial task that was raised and unfortunately, it wasn't followed up on. I've now re-raised it so we should expect the emails to be unarchived within the next 72 working hours.
