Don't want greenby

Hi, Sorry if i'm posting in the wrong place.

I've never done anything about the transfer of plusnet email and a while ago greenby notified me i've been transfered to them. Anyway I didn't even use the email while it was at Plusnet. I don't know my user or password. Just want to let greenby know im not joining them. How can i find out my user and password please? Thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

You should be able to see your email address, and get a password reset by logging into member centre and going to your email settings.
