Deleting Metronet mailboxes

Hello

I've had 3 Metronet email boxes going back to before 2010.  Two of these I have finally retired (I still need the third one for now).  I hit 'delete' on the old Metronet admin portal which all still seems to work, and they disappeared but they are still active as I can still login on webmail.  Does anyone know how I actually get these mailboxes removed from the server so they no longer receive email and can no longer be accessed?
