Cloudflare email

Hello,

I recently moved my domain not on Plusnet over to Cloudflare but they are sending a verification email to my backup Plusnet email address but they're not being received.

I'm clicking resend 5 times a day and nothing is coming though, of course Cloudflare are saying the emails are being sent successfully but they're not arriving.

Is there anything that can be done to check if they're being blocked or held somewhere?

Has your email account been migrated to Greenby ? if so, have you checked the Spam folder ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I've not been migrated yet, didn't even know this was a thing that was happening, noting in spam or junk folders.

Have you tried sending email from somewhere else to your Plusnet address ? and is that received ?
