Re: Charge for Email now?

Hi

I've just received the email about the email transfer. It says that the service will be free for two years, after which Greenby will contact me about charging. I suppose that gives me two years to move my emails to another company.

I suppose my question will be, are my Plusnet charges going to be reduced now that they're reducing their services?

John

No, but they're probably not going to go up by as much as they would have if they had retained the email service in-house😀

Re: Charge for Email now?

I'm leaving Plusnet for BT soon. WIll I have to pay to continue using Greenby webmail straight away, because I'll no longer be with Plusnet? I didn't ask that in the topic I made a few days ago.
