Cant access my catch all mail box

I have been unable to access my plusnet catch all emails, the one that is postmaster@xxxxx.plus.com. I normally access via imap but have not received ahything since October. I also have an email adress linked to my domain name which works fine.
I get a Login failed message when attempting to connect to the server. I can use webmail successfully so I know the password is correct.
I have tried to change the catch all to a pop3 account but it cant log in either.
Can anybody suggest what I should try next. It is the same result from my macbook as it is from my iphone. So subsequently I dont get any support emails!

Hi @shapter
Could you double-check that IMAP and POP3 are both enabled in the Plusnet Member Centre please? You should be able to find it under Email Settings > Manage mailboxes.
Does the error message mention the server name? They should be:
- Incoming - mail.plus.net
- Outgoing - relay.plus.net

Thanks for the reply, Pop3 and Imap are enabled in mail settings and the error is "The mail server imap.plus.net is not responding. The last email my phone received is 14/11/25 from the catch all email [Removed]@[Removed].plus.com.
[Removed]@[Removed].co.uk is working fine

It is a very bad idea to post your actual email addresses in a public forum!
I suggest you obscure the account name quickly.

Is this still the same since you last posted on the community? If so, could you try deleting and setting up the email account again using the settings provided?

Ive worked oiut what is wrong, I changed my login password for plusnet last year and it appears that the password for my catch all mailbox changed at the same time. The passwords for my other mailboxes are as they were.
I really dont remember changing the mailbox password but it is now the same as my login, probably by design, I'm grateful for the suggestions of help but is a simple and somewhat embarrasing fix in the end.
