All emails have disappeared

I have opened my email client (Outlook Classic) this morning and found that all of my emails and subfolders were gone. I have checked Webmail and they are not there either. In the webmail settings I have verified that all folders are checked. I have had no notification that my emails were being migrated to the new email provider. The same has happened to my email client on my iPhone.
Any Ideas?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
