Cannot send from Webmail

I only have access to webmail at the moment, and cannot send an email.  I just a banner "SMTP Error (554): Authentication failed."

I have tried clearing cookies and cache, Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers on two computers on different ISPs: same result.

Yesterday I couldn't login to Webmail, now I can, but get SMTP Error 554 - Authentication failed.

I have exactly the same problem, is there a way to report this to Plusnet or check if the email system is not working properly?
