Cannot send any Plusnet emails

Sorry, I've been a bit thick with my previous replies, I've just realised this is a hosted domain!.

Are the other addresses you are able to send from domain addresses or are they <account>.plus.com ones ?

I think I've found the cause - possibly spam from that mailbox. If you could just do a virus scan and let us know, i'll then unblock it for you.

Have had a ticket raised on the blacklisted email but no further update 

Ticket number is 254634639

All of our email accounts linked to the main name are not working.

PlusNet email, so plus.com format

Can you advise if I need to do more, or if further details needed to get this resolved please?

@GhostDoggyWoofW I can see you're blocked - can I just checked if you've done a security sweep/check for virii etc?
