Has greenby failed again. I keep getting told my password is incorrect but I haven't changed it. Anyone else having this issue. Also over the past couple of days I'm being spammed by multiple undeliverable messages.
They have got back to me asked me to change my password. Before hand if I changed my main mailbox password it would change my Plusnet account password. As I'm now with greenby I assume that's not the case
How to change the password for an email depends on which email servers you are using.
For Greenby hosted servers - use the Greenby portal.
For any Plusnet hosted servers there are lots, SMTP relay.plus.net is one of them, then also use the Plusnet Members Centre. https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail/
